9 am to 10 am - Master Edge Class
10:10 am to 11:10 am - Full Ice and Station Skating skills w/ puck integration
11:20 am to 12:20 pm - Tactical Skating Drills w/ puck control

12U, 14U, 16U, 18U, 19U

Assisted by KNPS team coaches.

Details:

• 9 Hours of Corrective Based Instruction
• 3 hours/day on ice w/Kurt and other KNPS team Coaches
• Limited to 26 players
• Personalized Training

• Expanding player creativity & confidence

• Fluidity and Body Mechanics

Breakdown:
Each day begins with functional edge work geared toward developing body awareness, individual skating strength and challenging every student.

The focus will be on increasing skating speed through proper push and blade use. There will be a concentration on functional edge work and application while learning to use the specific body mechanics and gravity to leverage speed.

Players will rotate through line and station drills run by Kurt with the assistance of staff coaches.
