Refund policy

All refund requests must be submitted through email to kurtpowerskating@gmail.com
Programs are priced based on ice cost, coaches, and estimated number of attendees. Due to this, no refunds will be granted due to absences, transportation delays, inclement weather, dismissals, strike/work stoppage, natural disaster, or reasons beyond the control of KNPS.
Make up sessions can be permitted in other programs pending space. Make ups must be completed within the same semester. (Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer) Missed classes do not roll over.

KNPS reserves the right to add one additional player to any class in the event that a make up session must be accommodated.

Refunds will be presented in the form of credit towards other KNPS programs unless otherwise indicated.
For all programs there is a nonrefundable deposit of $150.
A full refund (less the $150 deposit) will be granted up until 30 days prior to the start of the session. Cancellations after will forfeit all payments.
KNPS has a zero-tolerance policy with respect to uncontrollable behavior, bullying, hazing, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and controlled substances, weapons of any kind, or any other activity which we deem illegal or not in conformance with KNPS standards. If a player is dismissed from the program due to any such circumstances, no refunds will be given.
KNPS reserves the right to cancel or change clinics and/or camps due to insufficient enrollment, prior to, or following, the first class of the program. A refund of the appropriate amount will be granted to those already registered.
