• Tactical Drills w/ Shannon Desrosiers
• 25 minutes dedicated to backward skating/day
• high tempo on ice training sessions
• Small training groups - players grouped by skill/age
• Corrective Instruction & station-based learning
• Small Area Games and situational simulations
