Details:

• 5 weeks of progressive hockey training
• Intense format on ice sessions
• 80 minute per day
• Small training groups - players grouped by skill/age
• Corrective Instruction & station-based learning
• 20 minutes/day dedicated to backward skating & transitions

• Forward Stride, Functional edge work, Explosive Power & More!
• Body Position, Balance & Quickness
• Backward Skating, Proper Push and Body Mechanics 
• Concentration on edge application and multi directional transitions
• Linear Crossovers & Stops and Starts
• 1st 3 steps
• Puck Control and integrated hockey drills
