Breakdown:
The primary focus will be on speed, agility and quickness. The secondary focus will be multi directional transitions and backward skating while promoting creativity for players.
Players will start with specialized edge work and then break into training groups that rotate through instructional stations.
There will be a concentration on functional edge work and application while learning to use specific body mechanics and gravity to leverage speed. The secondary focus will be on stick handling, passing/shooting, and puck control.
