- 1 On ice Power skating session/Day
- 1 On ice Total Skills session/Day
- 1 Off ice session w/slide board and stickhandling training/Day
- 1 Individual video analysis/week
- Gate Training w/ speed analysis data and feedback report
- 3 Master Classes w/Coach Michele Nichols or Kurt Nichols
- 2 Days Master stickhandling classes

- 4 hours of ice a day
- 50 minutes of off ice training w/sideboard sessions
