Details:

• 5 weeks of progressive hockey training
• Intense AAA format on ice sessions
• 60 minute training session
• Small group classes

• Forward Stride, Functional edge work, Explosive Power & More
• Body Position, Balance & Quickness
• Backward Skating, Proper push and Body Mechanics
• Concentration on edge application and multi directional transitions
• Linear Crossovers & Stops and Starts
• 1st 3 steps
• Puck Control and integrated hockey drills

*Make ups are permitted in other fall semester classes.  Including double sessions.  KNPS must approval all requests.  Make ups are 1st come basis.  1 Make up/semester.
