• 5 days of 70 minute of high tempo training
• Intense on ice format on ice sessions
• Major Skills Taught:  Forward Stride, Linear Crossovers, Turns and Transitions, Acceleration and more...

Breakdown:
This unique class focuses on the fundamentals and efficiency of proper skating.  Targeted development in three key skating areas, Speed, Quickness and Agility.  Players will work towards improving push power, glide, edgework and overall athletic conditioning.
