Time:
9 am to 4 pm

Open To:
2013 and older (Limited to 12 players)

Includes:

• 1 On ice Power skating session/Day
  
• 1 On ice Total Skills session/Day
• 1 Off ice session w/slide board and stickhandling training/Day
• 1 Individual video analysis/week
• Gate Training w/ speed analysis data and feedback report
• 3 Master Classes w/Coach Michele or Kurt Nichols
• 2 Days Master stickhandling classes

Details:

• Limited to 12 players
• 4 hours of ice a day
• 50 minutes of off ice training w/sideboard sessions
