Ages 6 to 17
Players will be divided into small groups by skill/age

Off Ice – Our unique off ice training draws from both hockey and figure skating techniques to teach body awareness as well as strength and conditioning.  Players will master on ice skating skills with the confidence and familiarity of dryland designed to complement and accelerate their on-ice skating. 

Classes are comprised of:

• Stickhandling
• Slide board training
• Sim Skate
