Breakdown:
Each day begins with functional edge work geared toward developing body awareness, individual skating strength and challenging every student.
The focus will be on increasing skating speed and quickness through proper push and blade use. There will be a concentration on functional edge work and application while learning to use the specific body mechanics and gravity to leverage speed.

Primary focus is on individual skill development by fostering growth and creativity among young players. Specifically designed for those players looking to get to the next level and play spring hockey. Players will also learn team concepts to better prepare them for the regular season. Tournaments will be selected based on challenging the players and exposure rather than winning games.
