  • 80 minutes on ice/day
  • 20 minutes/day dedicated to backward skating
  • Small group station based training
  • Primary focus on proper skating mechanics, backward skating, and tactical drills
  • Secondary focus will on stick handling, passing/shooting, puck control and situational game play
